Sickness Policy
- If you or your child are sick and contagious, please stay home. We are going to be especially diligent this season.
- Sometimes someone comes down with a contagious illness after having been here, not knowing they were contagious at the time (ie: during the incubation period for chicken pox, when one is contagious but exhibits no symptoms). If this should happen, please let us know so that we can inform people.
Refund Policy
- If you need to cancel, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
- A $50 cancellation fee applies if you need to cancel after your first day of classes and before your 2nd day. (Please note that, in case of cancellation, Music Together materials must be returned in mint condition, or you will be charged an additional $35.)
- If you cancel after your 2nd class, there is a $75 fee.
- After your third class, there are no refunds.
Make-up Policy
- ONE make–up class per family is allowed each session. To arrange for a make-up, contact us at Not Just Art (516-922-8300).
- If you know you will need make-ups, please let us know as soon as possible. It facilitates scheduling, which benefits everyone. If you need more than one make–up and let us know early enough in the season, it may be possible to accommodate you.
- Make–up classes must be scheduled in advance and taken within the current session. If you have scheduled a make-up and cannot attend, please call to cancel so that another student can fill that space. If you do not come or call to cancel with at least a few hours notice, it counts as your make–up – it may not be possible for you to schedule another.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY NOT bring a guest or sibling without first clearing it with us at NOT JUST ART (not with your teacher).
If this is not been done, and you just show up, you may be turned away if the class will be overcrowded as a result.
Overcrowding is unpleasant for everyone, and can be dangerous for the children.
