Registration for Fall is first-come first-served and on-going until classes begin.

    Important Information:

  • Full information (location, days, time) on all of our classes is available on our Art Schedule and our Music Schedule.

  • Use this form to register, no matter how you intend to pay. After you submit it, you will find yourself on a page with a variety of payment options, including paying by Credit Card online.

  • Full payment is due within one week with your registration in order to secure your child's place in class. Please contact the office if you wish to discuss other payment options or wish to pay for your classes in installments.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your choices. We will contact you if we cannot place you in any of your choices. Please do not list choices you are unable to attend.

  • Please note that even if a class is not indicated as being full on our website at the time of your submitting this form, there may not be room in it by the time your registration is sent in. The FULL status is not "live".

  • If you wish to enroll in more than one class, please fill out a separate form. If you are paying online, you will be required to pay for each class independently. (Note: you may register more than one child at a time as long as they are being registered for the same class.)

  • We invite you to call if you have any questions about our classes prior to submitting this form. The best time to call is between 1-5pm.
