• Currently enrolled families are guaranteed the same class (same day & time) if they register during priority registration.
• This is also the best time to change your class day/time or to add a class (placement will occur by March 6)
• Other families may register during this time and will be placed by March 6.
• PLEASE list at least one additional choice if you're changing or adding a class.
• Starting March 6, registration is first-come, first serve.

    Important Information:

  • Full payment is due in one week of your registration in order to secure your child's place in class. Please contact the office if you wish to discuss other payment options or wish to pay for your classes in installments.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your choices. We will contact you if we cannot place you in any of your choices. Please list at least two choices, but do not list choices you are unable to attend. Confirmations are sent out one to two week before classes begin. You can always call to confirm your placement.

  • During Priority registraion if you are signing up for your current class (same day/time) you do not need to submit additional choices

  • We invite you to call if you have any questions about our classes prior to submitting this form. The best time to call is between 12-6pm. You can also register over the phone during regular office hours - 516-922-8300.

  • Fill out form below.

    Navigation Notes: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk. You will not be able to submit this form without the required information.
    Do not use the Enter key while filling out this form - use the Tab key or your cursor to go from one field to the next. (If you use the Enter key instead, you will most likely send the form prematurely, and will have to start filling it out all over again!)

  • When done, please read it over to make sure all information is correct before you send it by hitting the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

  • You will then be taken to a page where you have the option of paying online via paypal (scroll to bottom). You will receive a confirmation from PAYPAL if your payment was processed successfully. If you do not recieve payment confirmation from paypal, you should call the office and make other payment arrangments.
