Important Information:
  • Full information on all of our classes is available on our Art & Science Schedule and Music Schedule.

  • Use this form to register, no matter how you intend to pay. After you submit it, you will find yourself on a page with a variety of payment options, including paying by Credit Card online (a new feature).

  • Full payment is due with your registration in order to secure your child's place in class.

  • We will make every effort to accomodate you, but your preferred class placement is not guaranteed. We will contact you if we cannot place you in any of your choices.

  • Please note that even if a class is not indicated as being full on our website at the time of your submitting this form, there may not be room in it by the time your registration is sent in. The FULL status is not "live" and is updated only once per day.

  • If you wish to enrol in more than one class, please fill out a separate form. If you are paying online, you will be required to pay for each class independently. (Note: you may register more than one child each time, as long as they are being registered for the same class.)

  • We invite you to call if you have any questions about our classes prior to sending this form in. The best time to call is between 1-5.


What to do:

  • Fill out our form below.
    Navigation Notes: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk. You will not be able to submit this form without the required information.
    Do not use the Enter key while filling out this form - use the Tab key or your cursor to go from one field to the next. (If you use the Enter key instead, you will most likely send the form prematurely, and will have to start filling it out all over again!)

  • When done, please read it over to make sure all information is correct before you send it by hitting the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

  • You will then be taken to a page where you have the option of paying online.

  • Again, please call if you have any problems or questions.

  • Make sure you have checked out the schedules (see links above) and know the locations, days and times of your classes BEFORE filling this out. Not all times or classes available in the drop-down menus exist in all locations. (Art and Science classes are available ONLY in Oyster Bay).

  • Prices shown are for a TWELVE week session, which begins on Saturday, SEPT.. 13th.
