11-week Winter Session begins Monday, January 8th. Note: Art and Science classes are held ONLY in Oyster Bay.
Please read these instructions before going to the Registration Form (link is at the bottom of the page).
General Registration Instructions
If you wish to enroll in a class, please mail, fax or drop off your registration form with payment. People are placed on a first-come, first-served basis, pending availability after Priority Registration.
You may send your registration in beforehand, but it will not be considered until the start of General Registration.
You may reserve your place using our online reservation
form, but please be aware that this will only hold your
place for one week. We must receive your payment by the
end of the week in order to secure your place.
It is important to give AT LEAST three choices on your
registration form. We do our best to accommodate everyone
and your flexibility is appreciated. However, please be
aware that your first choice is not guaranteed. Please
feel free to call us if you wish to check class availability
prior to sending in your form (between 1 and 5 pm please
it's less busy then).
If your choices are not available, we will contact you.
When listing class choices: (1) Use a separate form
for each different class. (You can register two children
for the same class on one form.) (2) Make sure to enter
the location as well as the class name, day and time.
(3) Let us know if you have any special requests (ie:
regarding people with whom you wish to be placed).
You will receive confirmation of your class by mail
or e-mail a few weeks before the session starts. If you need to know your class placement
before hearing from us, please feel free to call.
Due to the high volume of calls during this period,
it may take a few days before we can return your calls.
