Summer Camp Days
You asked for it, and it's here! Flexible scheduling options available - sign up by the week or for any specific days throughout the summer. Different projects and activities each day!
Days & Times: Unless otherwise noted, camps are offered Monday - Thursday, July 2 - August 23. Please pack a healthy (peanut / nut free) snack & drink for your child.
Fee: $150 / 4 classes, $300 / 8 classes. (Note: There will be no camps held Wednesday, July 4.)
Thematic Mini-Camps
Each mini-camp is bursting with creative activities centered on an art, science, or cultural theme. Themes may repeat from year to year, yet each camp is never exactly the same experience twice! We continually develop and add new projects to the rotation so there is always something to delight and engage newcomers and returning mini-campers alike!
Ages/Grades: Mini Camps are intended for children
entering 1st-5th grades.
Days & Times: Unless otherwise noted, our camp schedule is
Monday - Thursday, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm.
Please pack a healthy (peanut/nut free) lunch for your child. A refrigerator is available onsite.
Fee: $325 per camp. Nutty Professor 2-day camps are $162.50.

(10-hour frequent buyer cards are also available for a discounted $120. Cards are fully transferrable and maybe used for any number of children at a given time.)
Looking for fun out of the sun? Pop in and make art with us! Children are free to create to their heart's content and at their own pace! Rotating art centers include easel painting, collage, sculpture, printmaking, weaving/textile experiences and more. Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult. Dress for the mess! Space is limited, so please call in advance to reserve your spot!

A fantastic blend of art based projects and concoctions, science experiments, and imaginative activities to develop creative thinking skills and inspire self-expression! Favorite projects from our year-long Crazy Concoctions, Seeing Through Artist Eyes, and Inventions classes will be included in the mix of fun!

Nutty Professor: Gr. 1-5
Week 1: July 2 - 3 & July 5 - 6
(Note: This camp is divided into two 2-day camps due to Wednesday July 4th. Projects do not repeat.)Registration

For children who love to whip up potions, concoctions, and other marvelous mixtures, build their own goofy gizmos, or test out their ideas with science experiments. Many projects are chosen to take advantage of the outdoors and warm weather, such as fizz-popping paints, homemade sidewalk chalk, and giant bubble brew.

Folktaies & Fairylands: Gr. 1-5
Week 2: July 9 - 12

Hear tales of dragons and other magical beings from all over the world. Design your own wee elfin or fairy home, make fanciful puppets, masks and other costume props, and play theater games based on best-loved fairy and folktales.

Dive into the watery realm of all things aquatic, both real and imagined! Learn the Japanese art of gyoku fish printing. Make sand castle sculptures, mini oceans, and sea creatures. Hear stories of sea monsters, mermaids, and lost underwater worlds. Experiment with watercolors, view shells under a microscope, and create your own expressions of life under the sea!

Walk Like an Egyptian: Gr. 1-5
Week 4: July 23 - 26

Ancient history, archaeology, adventure and art! Learn about life on the Nile, how to wrap a mummy and build a sarcophagus, make modern day papyrus and write in hieroglyphics. Hear the stories of the Egyptian gods and goddesses, King Tut, Queen Nefertiti, and Cleopatra, and design a pyramid that's fit for a king! |

A whirlwind of fun under the big top, filled with art activities inspired by Alexander Calder, Henri Matisse, and other master artists! Practice juggling, "tight rope walking" and other circus acts. Make your own carnival games, balloon sculptures, and let your imagination run wild!

Hark, who goes there?! Explore the life of royalty, wizards, heroic maidens, knights in shining armor, and the daily activities in the kingdom. Construct your own elaborate model castle, design a family crest, make "stained glass" windows, learn the knight's code of honor and practice your dragon-taming skills!

Across the Universe: Gr. 1-5
Week 7: Aug. 13 - 16

A little astronomy, folklore, science fiction, and lots of imagination! Learn scientific facts, songs, folktales and myths about our solar system and constellations. Make a stargazer and mini-universe. Design a rocket ship for an egg-astronaut, and see it launched from the sky!

Eco Art: Earth Friendly Crafts: Gr. 1-5
Week 8: Aug. 20 - 23

Be green and make art - learn tradtional crafts and take care of the planet at the same time! Transform recyclables/toss-ables and art materials into amazing masterpieces. For children with an "I can make that" eye to the world, who love to use their hands to create cool and useful one-of-a-kind art objects!
